Project Manager – Signage Industry (Remote)

TFA Signs is a leading provider of commercial and architectural signage solutions. We specialize in high-quality, custom signage projects that transform spaces and elevate brand visibility. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our remote team and oversee signage projects from initial intake through final installation.

Position Overview

As a Project Manager at TFA Signs, you will take ownership of multiple signage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. You will coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, city officials, and clients, leveraging your deep industry knowledge to troubleshoot issues and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle: project intake, design coordination, permitting, fabrication, and installation
• Oversee communication with clients, fabricators, installers, and municipal departments
• Coordinate design files, permit applications, fabrication schedules, and installation timelines
• Identify and resolve project delays, compliance or permitting issues proactively
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure profitability
• Utilize project management tools (Monday.com, Trello, or similar) for organization and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience specifically within the signage industry
• Strong technical knowledge of signage fabrication processes, including channel letters, pylons, monuments, and wall signs
• Familiarity with municipal permitting processes, site surveys, and installation coordination
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and government agencies
• Proficiency in project management software such as Monday.com, Trello, or equivalent tools

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary of $1,100/month
• 3-month onboarding/trial period
• Paid U.S. holidays off
