No, there are absolutely no setup fees, onboarding costs, or hidden charges. You only pay the monthly management fee plus the employee salary or contractor payment. All compliance, benefits administration, and support are included in our transparent pricing.
The employer costs cover all mandatory Philippine benefits and taxes including PhilHealth (~1.5%), SSS (~4.5%), Pag-IBIG (~2%), 13th month pay provision (~8.3% annually), and other statutory requirements. These are actual costs, not markups.
Absolutely! Many of our clients use a hybrid approach with both employees and contractors. You'll pay the respective monthly fee for each type, and we'll manage both through the same platform with full compliance for each arrangement.
We bill monthly, one collective invoice for all staff. You'll receive detailed invoices showing all costs clearly by line item.
For employees, we handle all termination procedures according to Philippine labor law, including final pay calculations and benefit settlements. For contractors, we manage contract completion and final payments. There are no termination fees from Permworks HR.
Management fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable, but we can pro-rate for partial months when starting or ending services. Employee salaries and contractor payments are always pro-rated to actual work periods.
Volume discounts apply to your total headcount across both employees and contractors. Discounts are applied automatically when you reach each tier and take effect on your next billing cycle. Custom pricing is available for teams of 31+ people.
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and ACH payments. For larger accounts, we can set up custom payment arrangements. All payments are processed securely and we provide detailed receipts for accounting purposes.
