About The Role

We are looking for a skilled Tech Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our clients — a mix of product- and service-based businesses — with systems setup, automations, and process optimization. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who can confidently manage multiple tools, create automations, and streamline workflows across different client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize client systems, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Configure and maintain project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana) for client workflows.
• Set up and oversee communication tools (e.g., Slack), ensuring teams stay aligned.
• Build and manage automations in Zapier, creating Zaps that streamline processes.
• Support invoicing and payment workflows in HoneyBook, including automation setup.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and proactively recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with clients and Atlas Row leadership to ensure systems are efficient, effective, and scalable.

   

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical VA or systems management experience.
• Proven expertise with tools like Notion, Asana, Slack, and Zapier.
• Hands-on experience with HoneyBook or similar invoicing/automation platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.

• Availability of 4 hours per day (Monday–Friday).
