To thrive here, you must be experienced in an agency environment and comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. We are looking for someone who can jump in, take ownership, and run LinkedIn outreach as if it were their own business unit.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll take full responsibility for managing LinkedIn outreach operations. Your day-to-day will include:

• Performing profile health checks to ensure campaign readiness
• Reviewing and updating lead sheets with accurate, targeted data
• Building prospect lists using TexAu and scraping tools
• Launching and optimizing campaigns through SalesRobot
• Creating and managing LinkedIn Events, including targeted invitations
• Managing profile optimization and updates for credibility
• Engaging with content, commenting, and interacting with target audiences
• Boosting posts strategically to increase visibility
• Producing detailed performance reports for internal and client review

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in LinkedIn outreach
• Must have agency experience and be comfortable managing multiple clients
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and process-driven
• Expert with LinkedIn tools: Sales Navigator, SalesRobot, TexAu, SendSpark
• Deep knowledge of LinkedIn’s limits and compliance best practices
• Strong messaging skills: knows what works, what gets replies, and what doesn’t
• Technical proficiency and the ability to run systems independently
• Experience using ChatGPT for ideation, message testing, and optimization
• Confidence in data handling, list segmentation, and performance analysis
