About the Role

We’re hiring a highly skilled, reliable, and results-driven Marketing VA to support email marketing, SMS, Meta ads, and social content creation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Email & SMS Marketing (Klaviyo required): Campaign setup, automation flows,
segmentation, reporting, and SMS execution (Klaviyo or Mailchimp).
• Meta Ads Management: Campaign setup, targeting, creative testing, performance
tracking, and reporting.
• Social Media Content: Writing captions, planning content calendars, and scheduling
posts across multiple platforms.
• General Systems Management: Coordinating workflows and managing tools like Slack,
Google Drive, and Notion.

Key Skills Required
• 5+ years of experience in marketing execution

• Advanced Klaviyo expertise (required)
• Campaign setup, automation flows, segmentation, and reporting
• SMS marketing using Klaviyo or Mailchimp
• Meta Ads
• Campaign setup, targeting, creative management, and performance tracking
• Social Media Content Creation
• Writing captions, planning content calendars, and scheduling posts
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and tools (Slack, Google Drive, Notion, etc.)

This is a hands-on execution role—we need someone who can jump in, take ownership of campaigns, and consistently deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight.
