We're Hiring: Studio Manager / VA (Philippines) 
Work-from-home |  5-Month Trial and then full time. 

GotCreative is a boutique branding studio on the rise  and we’re looking for a young, sharp, and switched-on Studio Manager/VA to grow with us.

What you’ll do:
✅ Manage projects and timelines on Notion our CRM. 
✅ Keep clients informed and smiling - thats non negotiable. 
✅ Support our design team and digital strategist - you need to get the project moving. 
✅ Learn fast, solve problems faster.
✅ Use or learn tools like MailerLite, Dripify + AI tools.

✅ You know what good creative design look like and you ensure the team achieves that for our clients. 

✅ You love CANVA and know how to use well. 
✅ Help us grow our brand and our marketing reach - we get new clients you get bonuses!

✔️ You’re confident speaking with clients
✔️ You’re a fast learner + self-starter
✔️ You love systems and keeping things organised
✔️ You want to grow with a business and be rewarded for it

You are the face of our Studio in terms of keeping it organised and going when Founders are not available. You are a key person in our team and we want someone trustworthy.

Reward: Weekly pay, work only from Monday to Friday, base salary + bonuses tied to KPI's.
