Primary Responsibilities Support the Finance, Administration, and Human Resources functions (payroll processing support (Gusto), PTO Management, bookkeeping (Xero), budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Cross-functionally support and assist the Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Operations, Product/Development, Administration, and Finance functions alongside the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision making processes. Assist with check cashing, government account administration and setup, escalated request refunds (and the refund process), and executive level support escalations related to the functional role Assist with annual financial audit and corporate tax and compliance filings Assist all administration and compliance audits and schedules Liaise with third-parties, enterprise requestors, and internal teams to ensure the accuracy and maintenance of the pricing library. alignment of pricing within the application. Establishes and oversees pricing discrepancy escalation process Participate in weekly LVL10 departmental meetings and assistance with goal setting across your functional teams of HR, Finance, and Administration Demonstrated commitment to the ChartRequest PATH. The PATH demands accountability and for all team members to be trustworthy team players while being helpful cross-functionally Required Qualifications & Experience 4-year Bachelorís degree 1+ years of experience as a financial analyst, particularly in creating financial models Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work Exceptional written and verbal skills in English Highly organized with strong cross functional collaboration skills Persistent and Precise PreferredQualifications & Experience 1+ years of bookkeeping experience Experience with the following systems: Xero, Gusto, Jira Enterprise Experience with EOS, LVL10 Meetings, and Rock Setting The ChartRequest PATH Great expectations between ChartRequestors.
