Educational Records Evaluation Service (ERES) is a trusted evaluation agency in the United States, providing credential evaluation services for international students, professionals, and immigrants. We are looking for a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist to manage and optimize our paid search campaigns, increase conversions, and maximize return on investment.

Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization.
• Manage ad budgets, bid strategies, and performance tracking.
• Analyze campaign data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor trends in Google Search algorithms and paid advertising best practices.
• Report on KPIs, conversion rates, and cost-per-click (CPC) performance.

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and bid management.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and remarketing strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize ad performance based on insights.
• Experience working with landing pages and conversion rate optimization.
• Knowledge of SEO is a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
