Part-Time Bookkeeper for a Marketing Agency

Synchro Social is a social media marketing agency that provides growth & content creation services to influencers and personal brands. We're looking for a bookkeeper that can join us in December to help us take our accounting and finance department to the next level. Job Description: - Entering data, about 50 transactions per month, from the accounts into Ember, our accounting software - Clean up books - current records need fixing/cleanup - Weekly short reports - Monthly P&L statements - Produce a quarterly balance sheet - Credit card reconciliation What we're looking for from you: - Fluent English skills - Be very respectful of deadlines or alternatively communicate why you can't hit them - Minimum 1-year bookkeeping experience - Experience/knowledge of UK accounting & tax laws - Proven experience with Ember, QuickBooks, or any other accounting software Benefits - Salary depending on experience - Flexible working hours When you apply: 1) Explain in your application what would be the best first steps you would take to get into a smooth workflow with a fairly new UK-based company that is hiring its first bookkeeper 2) Attach your previous work/CV with your contact info 3) Include the word "red cucumber" in your application Looking forward to hearing from you!
