We’re looking for an IT Administrator to join our growing team! As our IT Administrator, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining our company's IT systems, as well as developing new programs and processes to support business objectives. You can think of this role as having both sysadmin and software developer responsibilities.
## **What You'll Do**

- Administer software for our internal team: install updates, create system backups for disaster recovery, monitor and tunes system performance
- Use SQL server to access databases and write scripts to read, create, delete, and update information
- Create reports with Crystal
- Troubleshoot, research software issues, create support tickets and work with 3rd party vendors to resolve issues
- Configure systems and implement system customization
- Set up new users
- Administer system access control and permissions
- Provide training to our team in usage of software
- Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware and fixing printing and connectivity issues
- Support FedEx and UPS shipping software
- Develop custom applications to support business needs
- Maintain and update in-house applications (auto-inventory feeds, image uploads)
- Analyze our existing work processes and identify opportunities to leverage technology to streamline our workflow and improve productivity, such as reducing unnecessary hand-offs, duplication of efforts and quality issues
- Document and maintain related processes and designs
## **Who You Are**
---
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; 4 years of work experience can substitute for Bachelor's Degree
- Fluent in SQL Server, Python and Java
- 3-4 years of applications systems administration and support
- Knowledge of SAP Business One (ERP), Shopify (eCommerce), FedEx and UPS (shipping), Windows and SQL Server, Adobe Creative Cloud, MS Office Applications
