Boutique Amazon Marketing Agency requires an experienced Amazon Seller Central Expert
This task is process oriented, and you must therefore have outstanding attention to detail, be highly organised and comfortable following written instructions.
But this is not just a data-entry job - You must also enjoy working with numbers and able to analyse and report on the data.
Strong Excel skills are essential as is the ability to learn new software quickly!
Who am I looking for?
• A bright, eager college graduate
. An individual with flawless English and great interpersonal skills
• Must have outstanding organisational skills and enjoy working with data and processes
• High level of attention to detail and process oriented
• Someone that has a fast internet connection (over 40 download, 10 upload), and has a great computer
• Must be tech savvy.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience
• Amazon Seller Central: 3 year (Required)
- Catalogue Management - editing listings, uploading images, creating parent/child listings, etc
- Flat File Expertise
- Opening cases and following up cases (resilience)
- Reporting on sales data using Excel / Google Sheets
Business skills
• Microsoft Excel - Intermediate/Advanced (1 year, required)
• Software savvy - able to quickly learn new software.
• Data analysis
• Data entry - Accurate attention to detail
• Data reporting
• Lead generation, using Helium 10 and Linkedin
Soft Skills
• Attention to detail
• Organised and process oriented
• Able to use own initiative and recommend areas for improvement, for example in terms of process improvement
• Resourceful
- Confident liaising with clients and reporting issues
