Sales Agent (Voice)

Job Overview: We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will work remotely from their home and will be responsible for selling products and services via phone calls, emails, and live chat. The ideal candidate should have a persuasive personality and possess excellent communication skills to influence potential customers and close deals. Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and answer inbound sales calls, emails and live chats. Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions Provide product and service information to customers and make recommendations to meet their needs Negotiate prices and terms with customers to close sales Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong sales skills and the ability to persuade and influence potential customers Experience in telesales or inside sales is preferred Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficient in using basic computer applications such as email, chat, and web browser Ability to work during Philippine working hours Equipment and Connectivity Requirements: A reliable desktop/laptop computer with minimum specifications of Intel i5 or higher, 8GB RAM or higher, and an up-to-date operating system. A high-speed and stable internet connection of at least 15Mbps. A noise-cancelling headset. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be compensated with a competitive salary plus commission.
