Shopify Virtual Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Shopify Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Shopify Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing our Shopify store, including updating product listings, creating marketing campaigns, and managing customer orders. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring that orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately. Responsibilities: Manage our Shopify store, including updating product listings, prices, and descriptions Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote our products Manage customer orders and ensure that they are fulfilled accurately and on time Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed Assist with customer service inquiries, including responding to emails and resolving customer issues Analyze sales data and make recommendations to improve sales and profitability Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong background in Shopify Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions Must have a reliable computer and internet connection Benefits: Competitive monthly salary in USD, ranging from $600-$1000 depending on experience and performance Health insurance coverage for employee and dependents Paid vacation days and sick leave Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company
