Shopify Virtual Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking a Shopify Website Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Shopify and a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices. The Shopify Website Assistant will work closely with our marketing team to ensure our Shopify website is functioning optimally and driving sales. Responsibilities: Maintain and update the Shopify website, including adding new products, updating product information, and managing inventory Manage customer orders and ensure timely delivery Optimize website performance, including page load speed, checkout process, and user experience Implement and monitor e-commerce analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics Develop and implement e-commerce marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media advertising Conduct competitive analysis and research to inform e-commerce strategies Stay up-to-date with industry trends and e-commerce best practices Provide customer support and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with our design and development teams to implement new website features and functionality Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including website optimization, user experience, and analytics Experience with e-commerce marketing, including email marketing and social media advertising Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to e-commerce websites Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Experience with customer service and support Experience with Shopify app development is a plus
