Position: Virtual Paid Ads + Local SEO Specialist (40 hours/week) Shift: Monday – Friday, 6-8 hours per day, Flexible, but 9 PM – 5 AM Philippine Standard Time (Preferred) Reports to: Project Manager Responsibilities: Local SEO: - Optimize websites, blog posts, landing pages, and images for keywords - Use tools like Semrush or Ahrefs for recommendations and site tweaks - Collaborate with the T.E.A.M. on location-based or service-based landing pages - Manage citation building, Google Business Profiles, and Google Search Console tasks - Develop and implement local SEO strategies to increase search visibility and traffic General: - Assist Project Managers with client questions related to SEO - Set up Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking on client sites - Participate in ongoing training and professional development - Maintain strong communication with clients and internal T.E.A.M. members Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in SEO - English fluency - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Team player with a positive attitude - Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and WordPress Requirements: - A computer that is two years old or less - Reliable internet connection with backup - Headset or microphone and video camera for team meetings Join our T.E.A.M. and help small businesses grow while developing your skills and expertise as a Local SEO Specialist.
