If you have a natural ability to build relationships and persuade people with your sales skills, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Generate new sales opportunities by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients through cold calling, tele-sales, and other outreach strategies. Experienced Linkedin and Social media lead generation techniques. Utilize your expert communication and listening skills to understand customer needs, present compelling solutions, and close sales. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by maintaining a strong pipeline and closing deals with professionalism and tenacity. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, share insights, and improve processes. Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications: You are an experience Outbound Sales Agent RockStar with a passion for cold calling, cold emailing , and tele-sales. At least 1-3 years of experience in outbound cold calling, cold emailing, and lead generation with the ability to make your own leads using various tools. Experienced Linkedin and Social media lead generation techniques. Proven track record of closing at least one client per week. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to stay motivated in a fast-paced environment. A passion for sales and a hunger to succeed in a commission-driven role. What you will do to be financially successful: Make 70+ phone calls and 50+ emails or a combination of at least 100 contacts per day, leveraging, LinkedIN, Facebook, and other prospecting avenues.
