Senior Full-Time Software Developer (ASP.NET with Kendo UI Experience) We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Time Software Developer with expertise in ASP.NET and strong proficiency in Kendo UI. Salary 90,000 to 110,000 PHP per month Ideally the successful candidate will be based in Cebu where the bulk of our team currently. As a software developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web-based applications, ensuring their performance, functionality, and user experience meet the highest standards. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze software requirements. - Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-quality web applications using ASP.NET and Kendo UI. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards and best practices. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure smooth performance and identify and resolve any issues or bugs. - Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality. - Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions and improve application development processes. - Assist in the deployment and integration of applications across different environments. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications when necessary. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Software Developer with expertise in ASP.NET and Kendo UI. - Strong knowledge of C# programming language and the .NET framework. - Experience in developing web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. - Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server. - Understanding of web services (RESTful APIs) and experience in integrating external APIs. - Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to debug and resolve complex issues. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement. Preferred Skills: - Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React. - Knowledge of agile development methodologies. - Experience in mobile application development (iOS or Android) is a plus.
