Affiliate Manager + VA

K Sahai, is an innovative company in the wellness industry, is seeking a proactive and experienced Affiliate Manager to optimize and grow our affiliate program. We are looking for a candidate who possesses extensive experience with the ShareASale platform. Responsibilities: - Management and optimization of the existing affiliate program on ShareASale. - Recruiting new affiliates and strengthening relationships with existing ones. - Regularly monitoring and reporting on competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions. - Setting up and managing affiliate promotions and incentives. - Working closely with the marketing team to ensure aligned strategies and synchronized campaigns. - Tracking, reporting, and analyzing affiliate performance and KPIs. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing affiliate programs, with a strong preference for experience with ShareASale. Proficient understanding of the affiliate marketing industry, latest trends, and best practices. Strong analytical skills to understand key performance metrics. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proven track record of managing, growing, and optimizing affiliate programs. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
