Responsibilities Repurpose existing long-form videos into short-form content: Use your adept editing and storytelling skills to create engaging, bite-sized videos that resonate with our target audience. Captivating Hooks: Develop content that grips the viewer's attention within the first few seconds. Your strategic creativity will be pivotal in drawing in the audience and driving video performance. Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends in short-form video content, adapting our brand's messaging accordingly to secure maximum visibility and engagement. Growth and Virality: The ultimate goal is to achieve virality and grow our follower count. Requirements Proven experience in video editing, particularly short-form content. Demonstrated success in growing and managing social media accounts, with a focus on accounts grown from scratch. Strong understanding of the current digital landscape, including the latest trends and platforms. Proficiency with video editing software like CapCut or Adobe Premiere. Excellent communication skills. Highly motivated individual with the passion of driving higher performance.
