Experienced Scrum Manager

Job Title: Scrum Manager Company Overview: We area forward-thinking software development company that drives innovation, quality, and collaboration. We are advocates of the Agile methodology and are currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master. Job Description: As our Scrum Master, your key role will be to lead our software development projects towards successful completion. You will act as the facilitator for our Agile development team and ensure the smooth progression of our projects by helping the team follow Scrum theory, practices, and rules. Responsibilities: • Guide and coach the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices. • Facilitate scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Resolve impediments and guide the team on how to remove impediments. • Foster a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged. • Support and educate the Product Owner, especially on refining and managing the product backlog. • Continually improve our Agile practices and team efficiency. • Qualifications: • A bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification. • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role. • Demonstrated experience guiding teams to higher levels of maturity, at a pace sustainable and comfortable for the team. • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills. • Extensive knowledge of various Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
