Fronter/ Appointment Setter

We are looking for a reliable, highly articulate, and quick-thinking Appointment Setter / Fronter to join our team. In this role, you will handle a high-volume blend of inbound and outbound calls through our cloud dialer system. Your primary goal is to engage prospects, conduct quick qualifications, and execute warm live transfers to our US-based closing team.

The ideal candidate possesses a clear, natural English-sounding voice, exceptional reliability during US business hours, and the speed to transition seamlessly between incoming inquiries and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Blended Call Handling: Manage incoming prospect inquiries and execute high-volume outbound calling via an automated dialer.
• Lead Qualification: Fast-track prospects through custom screening questions to verify interest and fit.
• Live Transfers: Perform seamless live phone transfers of qualified prospects directly to US account executives/closers.
• CRM & Dialer Management: Accurately log call dispositions, notes, and lead data in real time within the dialer and CRM system.
• Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily targets for live transfer counts, conversion rates, call handle times, and attendance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Voice & Communication: Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation, dynamic tone, neutral inflection, and professional phone etiquette.
• Work Schedule: Mon-Fri Must be available strictly 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (US Eastern Standard Time).
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years handling blended (inbound + outbound) calls, appointment setting, or live transfers for a US/North American campaign.
• Reliability & Focus: Exceptional punctuality, strong attendance record, and the focus needed to maintain steady call volume throughout the shift.
• Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience using cloud call dialers (e.g., Convoso, ReadyMode, Vicidial, GoHighLevel, or Kixie) and CRM platforms.
