We’re now hiring a high-capacity Virtual Assistant to help implement and optimize marketing funnels, automate client journeys, and support our product ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing
Primary Platforms: GoHighLevel (GHL), Circle.so, Durable.co, Canva
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and optimize 1-click checkout funnels in GoHighLevel
* Set up upsells, cross-sells, and email sequences (5–10 emails per product)
* Manage Circle.so communities (tiers, onboarding, automation)
* Support front-end web updates (Durable.co or Webflow)
* Create and update product access workflows
* Design or modify graphics in Canva (banners, covers, thumbnails)
* Track daily progress in Trello or ClickUp

You MUST Have Experience With:
* GoHighLevel: funnels, forms, automation, workflows
* Circle.so: membership tiers, onboarding, backend settings
* Durable.co or Webflow: basic page editing
* Canva: landing page graphics, CTAs, product visuals

Bonus Points If You Have:
* Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.)
* Zapier / Upgrade to see actual info automations
* Launch management or affiliate marketing (not required)
* Experience inside a coaching or info-product business

Work Environment
* 20–40 hrs/week (part-time to full-time potential)
* Async work with daily updates/check-ins
* You will be mentored, trained, and held to a high standard

Compensation & Benefits
* Initial Rate: $3–$5/hour (based on skill and execution)
* Performance Bonuses: Quarterly bonus potential for excellence
* Raises: Reviewed every 90 days
