Social Media Manager (Night Shift - Philippines)

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to provide real-time coverage and engagement across multiple Twitter (X) accounts during North American nighttime hours. This role ensures that we stay responsive to global conversations, catch key mentions, and amplify important posts—especially those from our CEO, Samson Mow, and our company, JAN3.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and engage with Twitter (X) activity throughout the night (North American time) to capture and amplify relevant content.
Retweet, reply, and engage with posts mentioning Samson Mow, JAN3, and related topics—even when we aren’t directly tagged.
Track Bitcoin-related discussions, breaking news, and industry trends to ensure timely responses and engagement.
Manage multiple accounts, ensuring consistent and high-quality engagement.
Work proactively to schedule, draft, and post content when necessary.
Catch and escalate any high-value mentions or important conversations to the team.
Assist in maintaining a strong brand presence across social media.
Experience with graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus for quick-turnaround visuals.

Requirements:

Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
Prior experience managing Twitter (X) accounts, preferably in a fast-paced, high-engagement

 environment.

Strong understanding of Bitcoin and the ability to engage in relevant discussions.
Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Ability to quickly identify and engage with high-value content.
Experience with social media listening tools or manually tracking brand mentions is a plus.
Basic graphic design skills are a bonus but not required.
