Project Manager – Signage Projects (Remote US Hours)

🕔 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST
💵 Starting Salary: $1,100/month

About TFA Signs:
TFA Signs is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and architectural signage projects from start to finish. If you are proactive, organized, and client-focused with deep signage industry knowledge, we want to hear from you.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the signage industry
• Solid understanding of sign fabrication processes (e.g., channel letters, pylon, monument, wall signs)
• Familiarity with municipal permitting, site surveys, and installation coordination
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello)
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
• Excellent communication skills with clients, vendors, installers, and city departments

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from intake through final installation
• Coordinate design files, permits, fabrication, and installation schedules
• Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams
• Troubleshoot delays, compliance issues, or permitting concerns
• Monitor timelines and ensure project profitability

Compensation & Benefits:

• $1,100/month starting salary
• 3-month trial period
• U.S. holidays off
• 2 weeks paid time off (PTO) per year
