Customer Service Representative (Remote, Part-Time) - GHL Experience

Description

We’re looking for a proactive and highly responsive Customer Service Representative with hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL) experience.

GoHighLevel will be the main tool used in this role, so you must be comfortable using it to manage leads, customer conversations, follow-ups, and appointments. You’ll communicate with prospects and customers through email, text, Facebook, and social media, qualify incoming leads, and make sure every inquiry receives a quick response and clear next steps.
 

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly to new leads and customer inquiries.
• Manage leads and customer conversations through GoHighLevel.
• Handle email, text, Facebook, and social media inquiries.
• Monitor and respond to social media messages and comments.
• Qualify leads and gather the information needed by the sales team.
• Book appointments with qualified prospects.
• Follow up with leads after estimates or quotes.
• Provide customers with project and order updates.
• Keep CRM records, conversations, and follow-ups organized and up to date.

Requirements

• Must have previous experience using GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Customer service, lead management, or appointment-setting experience.
• Experience handling customer inquiries through social media.
• Strong written English and professional communication skills.
• Fast response time and strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple customer conversations at once.
• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
