Job Description: We are seeking a talented and passionate Video Editor to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will excel at transforming interview dialogue into engaging stories that capture the audience's attention, complete with introductory hooks designed to maximize engagement on social media.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit interview footage into compelling narratives that resonate with viewers.
Craft engaging intros that hook the audience from the start.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed.
Collaborate effectively with a creative team, ensuring good communication and reporting on project progress.
Create eye-catching graphic designs for social media thumbnails.
Optionally manage social media accounts, including curating content and growing engagement.
Manage paid ad campaigns to maximize results, grow a following, and increase sales ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

Qualifications:
Strong expertise in dialogue editing and storytelling.
Proficiency in Final Cut Pro X (FCPX) is ideal; experience with other professional editing software will also be considered.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
Excellent communication skills to work well within a team.
Additional skills in graphic design for thumbnails and managing social media accounts are a plus but not required.

Compensation:
