Do you enjoy keeping things organized behind the scenes, managing workflows, and helping a team run smoothly? We’re looking for a Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support a growing eCommerce and product branding company that manages multiple online stores and product lines across the U.S.

If you’re efficient, resourceful, and comfortable with digital tools, this role offers the chance to work with a fast-moving team in the online retail space.

⭐ Your Responsibilities

• Provide operations and administrative support for daily eCommerce tasks
• Assist with product listing updates, file organization, and simple content edits
• Coordinate with the client during overlapping U.K. daytime hours
• Track orders, tasks, and workflow timelines to ensure everything stays on schedule
• No customer calls, sales, or outreach — strictly support-focused

• Are detail-driven, organized, and proactive
• Communicate well in English (written & spoken)
• Are familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Trello, or basic eCommerce dashboards
• Can juggle multiple priorities and work independently

🧰 What You’ll Need

• A stable, reliable internet connection
• A laptop or desktop suitable for daily remote work

⏰ Position Details

• Part-Time | Approx. 20 hours weekly
• Starting Pay: $3.75/hour
• Some hours must overlap with U.K. business time
• Opportunity for increased pay and responsibilities with strong performance
