Mission

Your core mission is to develop and nurture vibrant creator communities on Discord, providing exceptional support, fostering ongoing engagement, and delivering timely resources. By doing so, you will both elevate affiliate satisfaction and increase GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), propelling Konsort Social’s brands to stand out and thrive on TikTok Shop.

As the TikTok Shop platform continues its rapid expansion, competition for top-quality creators has never been fiercer. In this role, you will be the vital link between high-performing TikTok Shop creators and our brands.

Outcomes

  Discord Setup & Ongoing Management

• Install relevant bots, set permissions, and create channels.
• Continually audit and optimize servers on a daily basis for engagement and compliance.

  Affiliate Engagement & Growth

• Conduct effective outreach and implement new engagement strategies, driving creators to join and remain active in the Discord community.
• Maintain positive churn rates and increase average engagement per creator.

  Weekly Resources & Live Sessions

• Curate and share top-performing videos, brand updates, and training materials.
• Plan, present, and host live sessions to keep affiliates informed and motivated.

  Competitive & Creative Analysis

• Track top-performing creatives via Seller Centre and tools like Kalodata.
• Monitor competitor communities, emerging TikTok trends, and relevant news outlets for fresh ideas.

  Calendar & Content Management

• Create and maintain a rolling content calendar, announcements, giveaways, and updates, securing all necessary approvals.
• Oversee contests, coordinate prizes, and ensure timely messaging.

  Brand Alignment & Performance

• Act as a liaison between affiliates and brand stakeholders, communicating KPIs and updates.
• Provide regular performance reports, covering key metrics (GMV, retention, churn, engagement) and propose improvements.

  General TikTok Responsibilities

• Have the confidence to show initiative as the role changes with new TikTok policies or client requirements.

• Passion for TikTok & E-Commerce

  You stay informed on TikTok marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our affiliates ahead of the curve.

Compensation

•  Base Salary: Competitive monthly rate of $1,500/per month.
• Performance Bonus: Additional bonus up to $1,500 per month base on community performance. OTE $3,000 per month
