Full-Time CPA / Accountant for Influencers

We’re Breadcounter - an accounting and tax advisory firm for content creators and digital entrepreneurs. Our clients are YouTubers, coaches, online business owners, and expats. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a CPA / Accountant who loves rolling up their sleeves and taking ownership of client books.

This is not a “review” role. We need someone who can do the accounting - from retroactive cleanups to monthly reports and who’s excited about eventually stepping into client-facing and advisory work.

What You’ll Do:

Post-Sales Onboarding: Set up new clients in Xero, bring accounts current, and clean up retroactive books.

Ongoing Bookkeeping & Accounting: Categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, prepare monthly financials.

Client Support: Work closely with our CEO to keep clients on track and tax-ready.

Growth Path: With training and support, you’ll eventually lead monthly client meetings and tax advisory sessions.

What We’re Looking For

- Licensed CPA
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping/accounting experience.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Experience with Xero (preferred) or QuickBooks.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Familiarity with U.S. tax concepts, expats, or creator businesses.
