Title: Video Editor / Youtube Manager

Location: Remote
Engagement: Fixed term with strong potential to continue based on performance
Commitment: Up to eight video deliverables per month

About the Role
You will take raw coaching-style or long-form footage and turn it into polished, audience-ready content: one full-length video plus short-form clips derived from it, packaged as a single deliverable. The focus is on clarity, emotional resonance, and engagement. Feedback loops are tight and fast, and the work supports creators who blend real-life context with strategy and insight.

What You Will Do

Edit raw footage into one full-length video and a set of short-form clips, delivered together as a single unit

Follow a workflow that includes concept alignment, title framing, editing, review, revision, approval, and publishing preparation

Make sure every piece reflects the intended voice and tone, is cleanly executed, and keeps viewers watching

Turn feedback into revisions quickly during workdays

Identify the best moments to repurpose as shorts, hooks, or other secondary assets

What We’re Looking For

Experience editing both long-form and short-form video content, ideally for creators, coaches, or personal brands

Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention

Comfort working with conversational and authenticity-focused material

Dependable communication and consistent turnaround

Ability to deliver high quality work and elevate raw footage

Nice to Have

Basic on-screen text or callout skills

Some motion graphic experience

Understanding of content performance metrics like watch hours and retention

Compensation

You name your salary based on your experience and what you bring. There are additional bonuses available tied to completed deliverables and quality or impact of the work. Final pay structure and any performance upside will be agreed in writing.
