We help local businesses in New Zealand grow through smart systems and procedures, high-converting marketing, and automation. As a growing digital agency, we're looking for someone who’s self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow with us long-term.

? Your Main Role
You’ll be managing Facebook ad campaigns for us and our clients—planning, launching, testing, and optimising. When things are quiet, you’ll also help out with:

- Writing ad copy and creating creative content
- Designing basic graphics and creatives
- Assisting with landing page or website creation
- Helping manage social media accounts
- Running LinkedIn lead gen campaigns
- Doing basic email marketing (newsletters, automations)
- Supporting with marketing admin and data entry
- Admin and marketing support tasks

???? Must-Have Skills & Traits
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience running Facebook Ads or/and Google Ads
- Good to have: knowledge of SEO, copywriting, and graphic design
- Comfortable with website platforms (WordPress, Go High Level, Wix, Hubspot, etc.)
- Very up-to-date with digital marketing tools and trends
- Excellent English communication skills
- Can work with minimal supervision
- High C & S DISC profile preferred — someone who is:
- Analytical
- Detail-oriented
- Process-driven
- Organised
- Reliable
- Proactive (takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told)

? Working Hours
Full-time – 40 hours/week
6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT
Monday to Friday
Weekends Off
