Role Description:
We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong project management abilities, and excellent communication skills. This role offers significant growth potential, with opportunities for advancement, raises, promotions, and travel for an individual that excels in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day wholesale operations including order review, processing, fulfillment, and tracking
2. Work closely with retail partners to process and fulfill purchase orders efficiently
3. Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure shipping targets and timelines are met
4. Create and maintain organizational reports for the Wholesale Director
5. Manage and track production samples, coordinating with the sourcing team for timely delivery
6. Partner with Inventory Management team to resolve stock queries
7. Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
8. Handle multiple concurrent projects while maintaining attention to detail
9. Assist in implementing and optimizing processes
10. Learn and adapt to various customer backend systems
11. Manage purchasing and delivery timelines
12. Order and organize samples for meetings
13. Project management across the organization

Required Qualifications:
1. 2+ years of experience in sales operations, logistics, ecommerce, or project management
2. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
3. Native or professional level English communication skills
4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
5. Advanced Excel/Sheets skills
6. Strong problem-solving abilities
7. Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders
8. Ability to communicate technical information clearly
9. Entrepreneurial mindset
10. Comfortable working with deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in wholesale or retail operations
2. Familiarity with Shopify and and ERPs
3. Previous experience with 3PL coordination
