Technical Recruiter

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer with deep experience building high-quality technical pipelines. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying technical talent, then handing candidates off for initial screens run by the internal recruiting team. You won’t be responsible for interviews or offers. Your impact comes from consistently delivering strong, interested candidates.

What You’ll Do

• Source senior and hard-to-fill technical roles including software engineering, infrastructure, data, and platform teams
• Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and niche technical communities
• Craft personalized outreach that drives strong response rates from passive candidates
• Qualify candidate interest and high-level alignment on role scope, location, and compensation
• Schedule initial screening conversations with internal recruiters or hiring partners
• Maintain clean, accurate candidate data and notes in the ATS
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to refine search criteria and adjust strategy in real time
• Track and improve sourcing metrics including response rates, conversion, and pipeline health

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or technical recruiting with a strong sourcing focus
• Proven ability to source senior-level and specialized technical talent
• Expert-level LinkedIn and Boolean search skills
• Strong written communication with the ability to engage highly technical candidates
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple pipelines

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting startups or scaling technical organizations
• Familiarity with sourcing for specialized domains (infra, AI, security, data, etc.)
• Experience sourcing globally or across multiple markets
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior sourcers
