Business Operations Manager with GHL Expertise to oversee business operations – GoHighLevel Focus

About the Role

We need a hands-on Operations Manager to own the backend operations of the business. This role will oversee our entire GoHighLevel (Course Creator 360) backbone, ensuring that funnels and automations remain operational, managing payment issues and customer service needs, organizing and managing recorded call transcripts, communicating with prospects in DMs, and potentially handling simple bookkeeping tasks. The goal is to continually improve the customer experience, allowing the coaching team to focus on serving clients.

Key Responsibilities

Big Rocks (core 30-hr week)
• Maintain & improve all GHL (CC360) funnels, automations, courses, community
• Initiate and manage Instagram DM conversations from ad traffic; handing off qualified leads to Derrik
• Confirm appointments, ensure correct meeting links, pull & file weekly coaching-call transcripts
• Monitor Stripe failed-payment alerts inside CC360 ChatGPT thread and follow up via email/SMS
• Update KPI & other tracking sheets; flag uncategorized QuickBooks transactions for the external bookkeeper
• Invest ~7 hrs/week in training (GHL certifications, Hone Academy modules) and document SOPs


Small Rocks / Bonus
• Light site tweaks (pages, pop-ups, mobile checks)
• Basic on-page SEO & GA/Search-Console setup (if skilled)
• Light video editing & Canva graphics


Must-Have Qualifications
• 2 + years deep GoHighLevel / CC360 experience (show live build)
• Clear written & spoken English (C1 or better), you’ll DM prospects daily
• Strong organizational skills: tags, folders, filenames, SOPs
• Reliable internet, webcam, and willingness to use Loom, Zoom, Meet, Dialpad


Nice-to-Have Skills
• Basic QuickBooks categorization/reconciliation
• Online Course Building Experience
• Simple Video Editing Fluency
• SEO meta work

Hours & Pay:

Schedule: 10 a.m.–4 p.m. MST, Mon–Fri (30 hrs/week), some flexibility for the right fit
Rate: US $8 – 11 per hour (paid weekly via Wise)
Trial: 30-day paid trial with clear milestones; role can grow to full-time if desired
