E-Commerce & Social Media Manager

Location: Remote (Must work California hours for first 2 months)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a self-driven, motivated, and creative individual to join our team as an E-Commerce & Social Media Manager. This role is perfect for someone who thinks outside the box, pays strong attention to detail, and is eager to grow with our company. You’ll play a key role in managing our online presence, driving engagement, and optimizing our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
*E-Commerce Management:

Oversee and optimize our e-commerce website (potential to manage multiple sites in the future).

Ensure smooth operations, product listings, and customer experience.

* Social Media & Content Creation:

Manage and grow our Instagram & Facebook presence.

Create engaging posts, run ads, and implement strategies to increase traction.

Stay updated on trends and apply innovative marketing techniques.

* Customer Service & Engagement:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent support.

Monitor feedback and improve brand interaction.

* Marketing Implementation:

Watch and analyze YouTube videos/other training materials provided.

Apply learnings to enhance our social media and marketing strategies.
