The Position
We’re on the hunt for a highly skilled Senior Marketing Specialist who can both execute day-to-day performance marketing tasks and lead regional digital strategy. You’ll run paid campaigns across major platforms, optimise email marketing, refine funnels, and collaborate across departments to grow our client's brand in Europe.

About the role
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for leading and executing digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube and beyond. You’ll collaborate with the Head of Marketing, Campaign Manager, and other stakeholders to optimise funnel performance, regionalise campaigns, and improve our overall acquisition strategy. You’ll also oversee email marketing, reporting, and creative testing — with access to tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, GA4, and Looker Studio. The Details
- Job Location: Remote, work from home

- Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Work Hours (CET): 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (flexible)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Paid Media & Campaigns
- Run and manage advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and YouTube
- Help improve results by tracking key numbers like:
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) – how much we earn for every euro we spend on ads.
- CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) – how much it costs to get a new customer.
- CVR (Conversion Rate) – the percentage of people who take action, like making a purchase.
- Adjust marketing content for local markets.
- Help test new platforms like TikTok or LinkedIn to find new growth opportunities.
Email Marketing & CRM
- Set up and manage automated emails and newsletters using Klaviyo (or similar tools)
- Organise contact lists and send targeted emails to different audiences
- Check email performance and suggest improvements
- Work with content creators to plan email topics and timing
Analytics & Website Funnels
- Track how campaigns are performing using tools like Google Analytics (GA4)
- Share regular reports and ideas to improve campaign results
- Review website funnels to spot any issues or drop-offs
- Suggest updates to landing pages in Shopify to boost sales and sign-ups.
- Help document campaign learnings and build internal playbooks for recurring tasks.
Teamwork & Support
- Collaborate with the social media and influencer marketing team.
- Support junior team members and share helpful tips or feedback.
- Communicate clearly and openly with the team — we value honesty and respect.
Software skills
Ideally, you’ll have experience with:
- Klaviyo or ActiveCampaign (email automation tools)
- Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube
- Shopify, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio
- Impact (or similar influencer platforms)
- Trello, Slack, Zoom, Google Drive
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs is a plus
