About Us:
Branding by Books helps entrepreneurs, founders, and subject-matter experts turn their knowledge and stories into professionally written, published books. Our clients collaborate with us to create books that establish authority, showcase their expertise, and enhance their brands.

We are seeking a long-form writer with experience in book writing — someone who enjoys structuring ideas into clear, engaging chapters, whether it's technical content, nonfiction, or storytelling with a purpose.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Writing full-length, chapter-based books (typically business, nonfiction, memoir, or leadership fables)

Organizing client ideas into clear outlines and structured content

Drafting original content based on provided interviews, outlines, and research

Collaborating with editors and project managers to refine manuscripts

Following established tone, structure, and project guidelines for each book

Meeting deadlines and being open to feedback and revisions

Note: This is NOT a copywriting role. You won’t be writing ads, sales pages, or social media content. This is for writers who enjoy in-depth, structured projects that result in completed books.

Ideal Candidate Has:
- Experience writing full-length books, reports, manuals, or long-form articles (10,000+ words)
-  Strong English writing skills with excellent grammar and structure
-  Ability to organize complex ideas into chapters and a logical flow
-  Comfort working from client interviews, outlines, and rough notes
-  Familiarity with nonfiction writing, technical writing, or structured fiction
-  Attention to detail and ability to follow style guidelines

Preferred But Not Required:

Experience with leadership books, business books, or personal development content

Familiarity with U.S. writing styles and audiences

Ability to adapt tone and structure to client preferences

Interest in ghostwriting (your name will not appear on the books)

Position Details:

Full-Time (40 hours/week) We ask that this position is your only job. 

Remote, long-term role

Pay: $1250/month, based on experience and quality
