Position Summary:

Sales & Customer Service I is responsible for managing the new customer and new cleaner onboarding experience. This includes converting leads into clients, coordinating deep cleanings, and supervising new cleaners during onboarding and initial training.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to new customer inquiries.
• Book new service appointments and send confirmation details.
• Handle new customer onboarding, collecting necessary preferences and access details.
• Coordinate deep cleanings, monitor cleaning status, and ensure completion.
• Perform deep clean close-out and conduct 24-hour follow-up to convert to recurring service.
• Maintain accurate records in ClickUp and GoHighLevel.
• Schedule new customer appointments.
   

Cleaner Responsibilities:

• Complete new cleaner onboarding, including documentation and access setup.
• Lead orientation and ensure alignment with DJM Cleaning policies and procedures.
• Monitor Week 1 training and performance of new cleaners.
• Communicate performance feedback or concerns to the Operations Manager.
• Document onboarding progress in ClickUp.
