SJ9 FZCO is a staffing services agency based in Dubai, specializing in providing skilled staffing solutions for events and corporate clients across the UAE. We are growing fast and are on the lookout for a proactive Telemarketer to join our business development team and help us reach more clients across the region.

Role Overview:
As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for generating leads and booking appointments with potential clients through cold calling. Your efforts will directly support our business development goals and contribute to expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Use CallTools to conduct outbound cold calls to potential business clients

Introduce SJ9 FZCO’s manpower and staffing services in a clear, persuasive manner

Book appointments for the business development team with qualified leads

Maintain detailed records of calls, responses, and outcomes

Follow up on initial contacts and manage call schedules

Requirements:

Previous experience using CallTools is a must

Prior experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in the B2B sector

Strong communication skills in English

Professional phone etiquette and persuasive sales approach

Ability to work independently and meet daily targets

Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment

Availability to work Monday to Friday, 12 PM – 4 PM GST
