Creative Assistant

Pinesman is seeking its first team member—someone exceptional who will grow alongside us as we expand our collection of exquisite, minimalist paper products. Currently thriving on Amazon, we're ready to evolve into the definitive brand for thoughtfully designed personal products that inspire focus, order, and inner peace.
 

The Unique Opportunity

This isn't a typical job. We're offering a path to leadership for someone who wants to help build something remarkable from the ground up. You'll work directly with the CEO, gradually mastering different aspects of the business one by one:

• First, you'll learn and perfect one area of operations.
• Then, document the process and systems.
• Move on to master the next area of the business.
• Repeat, expanding your responsibilities and leadership.
   

As you prove yourself, you'll become the Creative Manager, overseeing all team members, directly under the CEO.
 

What You'll Do

Initially, you'll focus on 1-2 areas, gradually expanding your responsibilities across:

• Product Development – Help create paper products that inspire awe through quality and thoughtful details.
• Marketing – Build authentic connections through influencer outreach and social media content.
• Content Production – Coordinate photoshoots, video creation, and written content that communicates our values.
• Design Collaboration – Work with graphic designers to maintain our aesthetic vision.

Experience with Airtable, Google Suite, Photoshop, Coda, InDesign, AI LLMs, or Google Looker Studio is beneficial but not required.
