SEO assistant

We are a vibrant and expanding digital marketing agency looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented SEO / Project VA to join our team. This role has huge growth potential — the right candidate can move into a full-time role and be promoted to Operations Manager as we scale.

Responsibilities

SEO Tasks:

Research link-building opportunities (tutorials & tools provided).

Outreach to potential partners, liaise with writers and outreach candidates/websites.

Perform on-page SEO, keyword research, competitor research.

Edit content using SEO tools and your own editing knowledge.

Help create and schedule social media posts if needed.

Upload blog posts and service pages on WordPress.

Project Coordination:

Help set up and manage ClickUp for project tracking.

Keep projects on track, manage timelines, and coordinate tasks across the team.

Double-check final website drafts for accuracy and quality.

Create clear SEO work summary reports for clients.

Advantage Skills (not required but a big plus)

WordPress experience.

Proficiency with Go High Level, ClickUp, SEMrush, and Moz.

Experience in digital marketing project management.
