We’re now hiring a Social Media Manager to take ownership of day-to-day execution for client-facing social media accounts. This is not a short-term VA job — it's a long-term opportunity to build a high-trust, high-output role inside a fast-growing growth enterprise.

About the Role
This role will be focused on executing our Social Media Management Add-On — a service offered to our clients across Australia in construction, trades, and professional services.
You'll manage content calendars, post execution, social engagement, and DM management for their Instagram and Facebook accounts. You will start with structured support and full training, but over time you’ll be expected to take full ownership of your outputs and help drive real commercial outcomes.

This role pays a maximum monthly salary of $1,500 AUD. The higher your experience, skill, and efficiency — the less time you need to spend to earn this.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Content Execution
Manage content calendar across client accounts (3x weekly posts)
Schedule and publish posts on Instagram and Facebook
Share each feed post to Stories within 24 hours
Repost top content monthly to boost reach
Optimise profile bios, highlights, and pinned posts
Execute content using Canva templates and provided creative assets

Engagement & Lead Generation
Monitor and respond to comments daily
Manage inbound DMs, qualify leads, and manually enter them into HubSpot CRM
Alert our team to hot leads via Slack or WhatsApp
Weekly “invite to like” sweeps for post engagers

Backend Ownership
Maintain a clean, well-organised content folder and file structure
Track post performance (reach, engagement, saves, etc.)
Flag low-performing formats for improvement or replacement
Assist with creative copy using tools like ChatGPT (with quality control)


What We’re Looking For

Must-Have
Instagram and Facebook management experience
Fluent spoken and written English
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Confident using Canva and Ideally, Google Sheets/Docs
Comfortable working Monday to Friday (8am–5pm AEST), flexible working hours available.
Tech-ready (stable internet, laptop, access to mobile apps)


Strongly Preferred
HubSpot or other CRM experience
Familiarity with managing content calendars and social post trackers
Prior experience handling lead gen from DMs or comments
Strong file organisation skills (Google Drive, folders, version control)
