Healthcare Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced a Data Analyst to join a growing Therapy Services team in the US. This teammate will assist in managing administrative tasks for the organization to support operationalizing the client workflow. Work From Home Attendance, Performance, and Referral Bonuses Paid Holidays and Time Offs Health Insurance Card Core Tasks Create visualizations from scratch using existing data points Analyze results and write a summary of reports Provide daily / weekly / monthly reporting on various data sets Validate and troubleshoot existing reports for data / logic accuracy Data investigation - compare and validate in reports and channels Data entry and manipulation (i.e. sorting, scrubbing, tagging, cleaning, de-duping) Exporting data from one database, creating formulas to organize data then importing back into the database Create formulas, pivot tables and charts in MS Excel - client to provide prescriptive direction Must Haves: Advanced experience with Excel & Google Sheets is a must-have 2+ years experience with Tableau is a must-have Specific Skills Ability to work with data sources based on many to many joins Ability to work with data from multiple sources (with different structures) in one view Experience with reporting on and visualizing data where periods without data. Example, 35 records for March, 45 records for May but no records for May Ability working with parameters to modify views Work with cross data source filters 1+ years of experience with Looker or similar tool/platform Intermediate experience/proficiency w/ PowerPoint or Google Slides Intermediate experience with SQL Many data sources we connect to through Tableau are SQL databases built off of many to many relationships Nice to Haves: VBA or Python skills (or other related skills) a nice-to-have Prior experience creating PPT decks from scratch - client to provide outline Good visual skills for interpreting and presenting information efficiently/elegantly Familiarity with the healthcare/medical industry is a nice-to-have Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to Php100,000.00 per month Benefits: Work from home Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Night shift
