Poplin is expanding, and we’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our growing team of 35+ vibrant professionals who love what they do!

Available Positions:
- Full-Time Customer Support Agents (12 positions) – 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
- Part-Time Customer Support Agents (5 positions) – 4 hours/day, 5 days/week (with potential to transition to full-time!)

- What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in both written and verbal English
- At least 3 years of experience in customer support (Freshers with great communication skills & eagerness to learn are welcome!)
- Ability to handle customer inquiries via email, alerts, live chat, and phone
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
-  Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
