About the role:
We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Community Growth Manager to grow our online presence and manage relationships with affiliates and content creators. If you’re skilled at creating high-engagement posts, especially for platforms like X (Twitter), and know how to build and grow a brand through social, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and affiliates to promote our brand and drive sales.
- Craft engaging written content that engages audiences and drives conversions, especially on X (Twitter).
- Grow and manage our social media accounts across platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Track and report on social media performance, optimizing for both engagement and sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and create sales-driven campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in social media or influencer/affiliate marketing.
- Demonstrated success in growing and engaging audiences, particularly through written content.
- Experience driving sales through social media channels.
- Strong understanding of platform trends and tone, particularly for X (Twitter).
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
