Lead Generation Virtual Assistant

We are an Amazon-focused business looking for a smart, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to help us find and reach out to potential brand partners.

Your main job will be:
- Researching brands selling on Amazon
- Finding key decision-makers on LinkedIn
- Sending cold outreach emails
- Following up professionally

You’ll also occasionally help with phone calls to brands, so excellent spoken English and confidence in conversation are required.

Your Tasks Will Include:
• Use Helium 10 (or similar tools) to find brands on Amazon meeting our revenue criteria.
• Check whether products are sold by Amazon directly or only by third-party sellers.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find decision-makers (e.g. owners, CEOs, e-commerce managers).
• Send personalized cold outreach emails to these contacts using our templates and guidelines.
• Follow up on emails if no response is received.
• Record all leads, contact details, and communication status in Google Sheets.
• Occasionally make phone calls to brands if needed (using Zoom, Skype, or similar).

Requirements:

- Excellent English speaking and writing skills – you should be comfortable both writing emails and having phone conversations.
- Experience in cold outreach – ideally in B2B or e-commerce industries.
- Knowledge of Amazon marketplace – basic understanding of how products are listed, revenue estimation, etc.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn – searching profiles, finding contacts, sending connection requests.
- Strong skills in Google Sheets – you must be organized and able to keep data clean and accurate.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Nice to Have (But Not Required):
• Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or other Amazon research tools.
• Experience calling or speaking to brands or clients in a business setting.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).

Work Details:
• Position Type: Part-time (20 hours/week)
• Salary: PHP 15,000 per month
• Schedule: Flexible, but some overlap with UK business hours is ideal.
• Opportunity: Potential for full-time in the future if you perform well.
