RE Wholesale VAs and Lessee Sourcing VAs

Empathy Estates LLC, a U.S.-based real estate wholesaling + real estate consulting company. Wholesaling activities are conducted for US Market Opportunities only and Consulting scope of work currently is focused on tenant sourcing introductions (appointment setting) to a local Philippine RE Broker. The brokerage we have a partnership with is currently focused on leasing large industrial properties (Data Centers, Logistics, Manufacturing Warehouses).

Wholesale VA Roles Open:
1) Cold Caller – Dialing +  SMS outreach, following scripts, logging lead details in a CRM, filtering out unqualified leads.
2) Appointment Setter – Calling or texting leads, confirming motivation, scheduling calls or meetings, updating CRM.
3) Disposition Specialist (Dispo) –  Posting properties on platforms (FB groups, Reddit, and others to start, emailing buyer lists, coordinating with buyers, and facilitating contract assignment. Experience with Investorbase.com or Investorlift.com is a bonus.
4) Transaction Coordinator – Preparing contracts, coordinating with title companies or attorneys, tracking deadlines, maintaining CRM updates.

PH Industrial Property Tenant Sourcing Roles Open:
1) Cold Outreach – Primarily Emailing and LinkedIn (A lot of the potential tenants aren't local to PH or just US-based companies, they can be anywhere so a dialer for this role isn't necessary at this time)
2) Appointment Setter –  KPI per month TBD

*Candidates who can do both Cold Outreach + Setting are preferred and will have higher incentive

Owner to provide these tools:
- Will provide an in-house email for you with your name (@empathy-estates.com)
- Will provide CRM
- Will provide dialer and tech stack for necessary tools

*NOTE All Roles are Commission-Based Only Until First Deal Closed by VAs.
Will Offer Paid Hourly + Commission Option after first deal closed.
After VA's 1st Deal Closed and Commission Disbursed – the remote VA has a choice between two options:
Option A): Stay on Commission-based only compensation model and split commission with owner 

-OR-
Option B): Get paid $8/hr paid weekly (by Friday PH timezone, wired direct deposit) and receive 3% commission per successful appointment closed (for both Wholesaling VAs and Tenant Sourcing VAs).
