We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist with 1–5 years of hands-on experience to support our marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing assets and visuals using Canva
• Build and manage outbound campaigns using Instantly and Clay
• Update and maintain websites using WordPress
• Create and manage newsletters and content via Substack
• Organize tasks, workflows, and timelines using Monday.com
• Support lead generation, content marketing, and campaign execution
• Collaborate with team members to ensure marketing goals are met

Requirements

• 1–5 years of marketing experience
• Proficiency in Canva, Instantly, Clay, WordPress, Substack, and Monday.com
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Nice to Have

• Experience with email marketing and lead generation
• Basic understanding of analytics and reporting
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
