Intermediate to Senior Freelance WordPress Developer

We’re looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to support our clients’ websites on an ongoing, part-time freelance basis. This role combines regular site maintenance with building new pages and layouts, so we’re seeking someone who has both strong technical skills and a knack for clean, modern design.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and manage WordPress websites (updates, security, backups, troubleshooting).
• Optimize site performance, speed, and overall user experience.
• Build and style new pages that look polished and align with each client’s brand.
• Add and update content while ensuring layouts remain consistent and visually engaging.
• Suggest and implement improvements to usability, SEO, and accessibility.

• Communicate proactively with our team and deliver work on schedule.

   

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional WordPress development experience.
• Strong grasp of themes, plugins, and customizations.
• Solid front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design).
• Familiarity with popular page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, WPBakery, etc.).
• Keen eye for design and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and reliability as a freelance partner.

   

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with WooCommerce or eCommerce integrations.
• Graphic design ability (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).

• PHP and custom theme/plugin development experience.
