At Phygtl, one of Silicon Valley's most innovative AI startups, we are solving the problem for Students suffering from social isolation, a challenge that affects over 60% of today's students, contributing significantly to rising depression and anxiety rates. We develop technology that reduces isolation by up to 40%, by providing a novel way to foster community on campus while bridging connections between physical and digital environments.

Who We Are:
Our team includes PhDs from institutions such as Stanford, UC Berkeley, MIT, and Carnegie Mellon, alongside professionals from companies like Niantic, Meta, Magic Leap, Riot Games, Ubisoft, and Zynga. Led by a Silicon Valley-based serial entrepreneur, our startup is united by a commitment to rescue next-gen from Social Atrophy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Campus Activation: Lead the strategic activation and launch of the #noAIfriends movement on campuses, creating playful, engaging experiences that inspire students to participate actively.
- Playful Interaction Design: Conceptualize and implement imaginative events, challenges, and community-building activities that captivate and motivate Gen Z and Alpha participants.
- Ambassador Empowerment: Recruit, train, and mentor campus ambassadors, empowering them to maintain and deepen student engagement through ongoing creative programming.
- Retention & Community Sustainability: Develop strategies to retain active community participation, encourage repeated engagement, and build long-term community culture on each campus.
- Feedback & Iteration: Continuously collect student insights and engagement metrics, refining campus activations to amplify effectiveness and enjoyment.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience activating and growing youth-focused or campus-based communities.
- Strong background designing and executing playful, engaging interactions or events tailored specifically for Gen Z and Alpha.
- Demonstrated skill in training, motivating, and managing student leaders or volunteer teams.
- Creative problem-solving ability and exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluent English and experience coordinating remotely.

Preferred:
- Background or familiarity with youth-focused social movements or gamified community engagement.
- Prior experience with immersive experiences (AR, gaming, interactive apps).
- Insight into Gen Z and Alpha behavioral trends and engagement preferences.
